Hi, my name is Kevin Edwards, welcome to my website. I am an IT Consultant and Business Consultant. I have been in this business arena for well over 30 years.
During this time I have had the pleasure of supplying services to some of the largest and most successful businesses in the world coupled with many smaller businesses and one-man-bands. Information Technology and Business Consultant
I am often contracted to work with industrial, commercial, and financial clients who seek help with a particular business project. On the other hand sometimes I am contracted merely to fill the shoes of a member of staff who has left an organisation whilst the organisation recruits a permanent replacement.
A typical project involves:
- Liasing with staff from different units of a client’s organisation
- Analysing an organisation’s data
- Determining information system requirements and defining project objectives
- Making recommendations, such as suggesting appropriate hardware, software and systems
- Designing, installing and trialling new systems and software, and fixing any issues that arise
- Compiling and presenting information
- Writing reports and documentation
